I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic with a nice view and proximity to the beach, the rooms were quite disappointing due to the unpleasant smell and outdated furnishings. The staff was friendly, but the service did sometimes feel a bit off. Dining options were good, but not stellar. Overall, the hotel offers a great location but lacks in some comfort and quality aspects.

The furniture felt like it hadn't been updated since the 70s, and it was quite stuffy, requiring us to open the balcony door for fresh air. The bathroom was also problematic with a toilet seat that moved every time I sat on it.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and within a leisurely stroll from central Sochi. There's also a great view and access to entertainment, as artists performed nearby every other night, especially during events like the World Cup.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The great part was the fantastic location right by the beach, which made exploring Sochi easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired, feeling stuffy and having issues with the bathroom. The dining wasn't ideal either, as I found better options outside of the hotel. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are significant areas needing improvement.

I stayed at this hotel and have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, offering a great view and a heated open-air swimming pool, which I really enjoyed.
